摘  要:介绍了固定床气化半水煤气脱硫工艺,对比了气柜前脱硫和气柜后脱硫的优缺点,分析了脱硫装置运行的阻力,提出了半水煤气脱硫系统工艺配置的优化方案。结果表明:1宜采用空塔喷淋技术,应控制脱硫工段阻力降不超过3kPa,保证造气压力在合理的范围内;2气柜前脱硫具有工艺流程简单、节能降耗的特点,可作为新建固定床造气装置的优选方案。Author has introduced the semi-water coal gas desulphurization process for gasification in fixed bed ,has compared the advantage and short-age for desulphurization before/after gas-holder;has presented the optimization scheme for process arrangement in semi-water coal gas desulphurization sys-tem.Result indicates:①Empty tower spray technology should be used;pressure drop in desulphurization section should be controlled as to not exceed 3 kPa,in order to insure the gasification pressure being in the reasonable scope; ②Desulphurization before gas-holder has features of simple process flow, with energy saving and consume reducing,it may be as an optimization scheme for newly built gasification plant with fixed bed .
