摘  要:介绍了NHD脱硫闪蒸工艺流程;简述了酸性气提浓技术;提出了脱硫压缩机的技改方案。技改效果表明,降低脱硫闪蒸压力后,酸性气中硫化氢的浓度由10%提高到36%,从而有效地提高了二甲基亚砜装置的产能。Author has introduced the flash process flow with NHD desulphurization; has briefly described the concentration increasing technology of acid gas; has proposed the technical reformation scheme of compressor used for desulphurization .The technical reformation effect indicates that after de-creasing desulphurization flash pressure, the concentration of H2 S in acid gas is increased from 10%to 36%,therefore the production capacity of dimethyl sulfoxide plant is effectively increased .
