摘 要:通过熟料矿物组成计算调整率值,分别在1350℃,1400℃和1450℃条件下烧制了MgO及C4AF含量不同的高镁熟料,并利用化学分析、XRD测试及岩相结构分析等方法,分析了熟料MgO与C4AF对高镁熟料烧成的影响。结果表明:(1)1350℃低温煅烧时,熟料f-CaO含量随MgO增加而显著降低,MgO对熟料烧成有利,而1400℃以上高温煅烧时f-CaO含量却随MgO增加而升高,MgO对熟料烧成不利。(2)熟料中w(MgO)含量在4%~9%时,控制w(C4AF)在14%~14.5%范围内较为合适,1450℃煅烧熟料的w(f-CaO)可满足≤1.5%的要求。By adjusting modulus according to clinker mineral composition calculation, clinker of different content of Cand MgO was burned at temperature of 1350℃,1400℃ and 1450℃ respectively, and with chemical analysis, XRD test and petrographic struc.ture analysis, the impact of Cand MgO on high magnesian clinker firing was analysed. The results show as follow,(1) when burned at a lower temperature of 1clinker fCaO content will significantly decreased with the increase of MgO content, which means MgO content is benefit for clinker firing; and when burned at a high temperature of above 1400℃, there was opposite outcome, which means MgO content is harmful to clinker firing;(3) when clinker MgO content is at 4%~9%, the wCshould be controlled at 14%~14.5%, and the burned clinker fCaO content could satisfy requirement of ≤1.5%.
