杞荷祛脂方对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者血清瘦素及性激素影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究血清瘦素(LEP)、性激素与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)相关指标的关系,探讨杞荷祛脂方的疗效作用机制。方法:80例NAFLD患者随机分为A、B两组,每组各40例,另40例健康志愿者作为对照组(C组)。A组患者予杞荷祛脂方,B组患者口服水飞蓟宾胶囊,比较3组人员的临床、生化指标及瘦素、性激素水平。结果:1与C组比较,A、B两组患者的LEP、雌二醇水平较高,总睾酮水平较低。血清LEP、雌二醇水平与NAFLD相关指标呈正相关,总睾酮与之呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。2与治疗前比较,治疗后A、B两组患者血清瘦素水平降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);与B组比较,A组患者治疗后血清LEP更低(P<0.01)。无论是治疗前和治疗后,A、B两组患者雌二醇及总睾酮无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:杞荷祛脂方对NAFLD患者高血清瘦素水平有明显的调节作用,而对血清性激素无明显影响。Objective： To evaluate the relationship between serum leptin （ LEP） and sex hormone related indexes of nonal-coholic fatty liver disease （ NAFLD） , and observe the effect of Qi He Quzhi prescription on serum LEP and sex hormone levels in patients with NAFLD.Methods： Eighty cases of NAFLD patients were randomly divided into group A and group B, another 40 healthy volunteers as control group （ group C） .Group A was treated by Qi He Quzhi prescription, group B was given silibinin capsules, recording all of clinical and biochemical indexes.Results： ①Compared with group C, the LEP and estradiol levels of group A and B were more higher, total testosterone level was more lower.The high serum LEP, estradiol levels were positive re-lated to the NAFLD relationship indexs, but total testosterone no negative related to it （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05） .②Compared with before treatment, the levels of serum LEP was decreased after treatment in group A and B, there was significant difference （P〈0.05） .Compared with group B, in group A serum levels of LEP more lower after treatment （P〈0.01） .Whether before or after the treatment, estradiol and testosterone levels were no obvious change in group A and B （P〉0.05） .Conclusion： Qi He Quzhi prescription has obvious regulating effect on serum LEP but sex hormone in NAFLD patients.
