ZY-1型双圆弧齿轮接触应力公式的研究

摘  要:由于双圆弧齿轮ZY-1型与国标型齿形的差异,使其接触应力有所不同。借鉴建立国标型齿形接触应力公式的方法,并对公式中各项参数进行分析,得到不同齿形下影响接触应力的主要因素为接触弧长与接触迹宽度。通过对比ZY-1型与国标型齿形参数,并进行理论推导,分别对接触弧长和接触迹宽度两种因素进行了修正,结果表明ZY-1型的接触弧长系数比国标型大30%~35%,而瞬时接触迹宽度比国标型小5.42%;这两种因素的变化,使ZY-1型双圆弧齿轮的接触应力比国标型大30%~40%。将国标型接触应力公式中这两种因素进行替换,即可得到ZY-1型双圆弧齿轮的接触应力公式。Due to the difference of tooth profile between ZY- 1 type and national standard type of double- circular- arc gear makes the contact stress of ZY- 1 type is different from national standard type. Referring to the method to estabish the contact stress formula of national standard type tooth profile,and all the paratmeters in the formula are analyzed,it is shows that the main factors which affect the contact stress are the length of contact arc and the width of contact mark. Comparing the tooth profile parameters of ZY- 1 type and national stanclard type,the theoretical derivation is carried out,the two relevant factors of contact are length and contact mark width are modified. The results show that the factor of contact arc length of ZY- 1 type is30% ~ 35% greater than that of national standard type,while the width of contact mark is 5. 42% lower than that of national standard type. The contact stress of ZY- 1 type is 30% ~ 40% greater than that of national standard type due to the variation of the two factors. By repacing the two factors in national standard type contact stress formula,the contact stress formula of ZY- 1 type is eslablished.
