摘　　要：总结了QDB-05型低水气比CO耐硫变换催化剂在水煤浆气化制甲醇装置中的工业应用情况。实际运行情况表明,该催化剂具有较高的变换活性和抗甲烷化副反应的性能,能适应较高一氧化碳含量、较高压力和低水气比的变换工况条件,无甲烷化副反应发生。The industrial application of type QDB-05 low water-gas ratio CO sulfur-tolerant catalyst in methanol unit for coal-water slurry gasification process is summed up.Its actual operation shows that the catalyst has properties of higher shift activity and resistance to methanation side reaction, adapting to shift operation conditions of higher CO content, higher pressure and low water-gas ratio, and no methanation side reaction taking place.
