摘　　要：城市居住区空间结构既是一种地理空间结构,也是一种社会空间结构,其发展是随着生产力水平的发展与城市环境的不同而变化的,即沿着时空路径而变化,因时因地而异。结合中国近现代城市实例,对城市居住区空间结构的内涵以及中国现代城市居住区空间结构模式演化阶段进行总结与分析,希望对城市居住区的研究有所启示。The spatial structure of urban residential area is both a kind of geographical spatial area and a kind of social spatial area. Its development varies with development of productivity and different urban environment and it changes with time and space and is different in different time and regions. The connotation of spatial structures of urban residential areas and evolving phases of spatial structure modes of modem urban residential areas in China are summarized and analyzed with examples of Chinese modem cities, which is hoped working for study of urban residential area.
