摘　　要：文章以山东某在建写字楼为例,深入探讨多联机室外机电耗的分摊方式,总结几种分摊方法的基本原理及其优缺点,包括现有的方法和本文提出的新方法,并对分户计费所涉及的一些关键问题进行讨论,为多联机能耗分户计费提供参考性建议。This paper probed deeply into methods for allocating power consumption of VRV outdoor unit with an office building under construction in Shandong Province as example, summarized basic principles of several kinds of sharing method including existing methods and new methods proposed in this paper and their advantages and disadvantages, and discussed some key problems involved in individual charging so as to provide referential suggestion for individual charging of energy consumption of VRV.
