摘 要:目的解决医院药品发票手工录入效率低下及采集的发票数据不能满足财务部门要求的问题。方法采用二维码技术,实现发票录入的自动化。结果在不改变医院现有的业务流程,不牺牲医院网络安全的前提下,该系统实现了药品发票的自动化录入,并大大提高了发票的录入效率。采集的发票数据更完全,不但满足了财务部门的要求,提高了数据利用率,还建立了发票管理的长效机制。结论该发票管理系统在技术上先进可行,实施成本小,完全可以满足医院对发票管理的需求。Objective To solve the inefficiency caused by manual input in drug invoice and to meet the hospital financial sector' s requirement in invoice data.Methods Two-dimensional code technology is used to realize the automation input of invoice.Results Without changing the existing hospital business process,without sacrificing the hospital cyber security,the system realizes automatic input of drug invoice and greatly enhances the efficiency.More invoices are input to the system and more invoice items are collected.This system meets the requirement of the financial sector,improves the data utilization rate,and sets up the longterm invoice management mechanism.Conclusions With advanced technology and low implementation cost,this invoice management system fully meets the requirements of invoice management in a hospital.
