摘 要:分析使用沥青转运车在沥青高速公路施工过程中对级配离析和温度离析的改善效果。对采用转运车和未采用转运车两种情况时,沥青转运车前后料斗内沥青混合料的级配参数和路面温度进行比较,发现采用转运车时,级配曲线极差和温差明显小于未采用转运车时的情况。该研究结果表明:在摊铺过程中,通过转运车的再次拌和,能够更好地消除两种离析对施工路面的影响,从而保证沥青路面的平整度和均匀性。The improvement effect of applying asphalt transfer vehicle during the construction of expressway pavement on gradation segregation and temperature segregation was assessed. The comparison on gradation parameters of asphalt concrete in the hopper and the ground temperature was conducted between two situations including with and without transfer vehicles, and it was found out that both range of gradation curve and temperature difference were much smaller with transfer vehicles. The results indicate that both types of segregation could be reduced effectively with help of a remix from transfer vehicle, and therefore better pavement evenness will be achieved.
