摘 要:梵王寺煤矿主井设计深度650m,净直径8.5m,采用全深冻结法凿井。井筒特大型箕斗装载硐室底板垂深566m,掘进总体积7 079m3,掘进宽度15.356m,采用锚网索喷+钢筋混凝土碹联合支护,混凝土支护量3 533m3,强度等级C80。通过对硐室支护参数进一步优化,优选施工方案和施工工艺,在对穿过硐室的冻结管合理处理的基础上,采用先拱后墙、分部分段、自上而下施工方法刷掘,再自下而上与井筒一道立模浇筑永久支护,实现了安全、优质、快速、高效施工。A designed depth of a mine main shaft in Fanwangsi Mine was 650m with a net diameter of 8.5m and was sunk with a full depth freezing method. A vertical depth of a floor in the ultra large skip loading chamber in the mine shaft was 566m. A total excavation volume of the loading chamber was 7 079m3 and an excavation width of the loading chamber was 15. 356m. A combined support with bolt/ steel mesh/anchor/shotcreting+reinforced concrete was applied to the loading chamber, a concrete support volume of the loading chamber was 3 533m3 and the strength grade was C80. With a further optimization on the support parameters of the chamber and an optimal selection on the construction plan and construction technique, based on the rational treatment of the freezing pipes when the pipes passed through the chamber, a construction method with an arch construction first and then a wall construction second,a partial and sectional construction and from a top to bottom construction was ap- plied to the excavation of the chamber and a vertical formwork concrete pouring was conducted with the mine shaft from bottom to top for the permanent support. Thus a safety, excellent quality, rapid and high efficient construction was realized.
