摘　　要：梳理了支持与反对高校图书馆学术性第一的各种理由。通过德尔菲法进行意见调查,列出支持与反对观点中各理由重要程度顺序。结果表明,图书馆开展的文化、学术探讨、交流、研究等活动,成为支撑其学术地位的最重要因素;而图书馆本质属性是服务这一理念,是反对其学术性机构地位的最重要因素。The paper collects supporting and opposing reasons of academic attribute being the first attribute of university library.It surveys the opinions through the Delphi method,and lists supporting and opposing reasons separately in order of importance.The result shows that library’s developing activities of cultural and academic discussion,exchange and research are the most important reasons to prop up library’s academic status,and the idea of library’s intrinsic attribute being service is the most important reason to oppose its status of academic institution.
