摘  要:为了提高轻质油包水乳状液黏度模型的计算精度,对现有计算精度较优模型加以改进。利用轻质原油制备油包水乳状液,对不同温度和剪切速率下的乳状液进行黏度测试;根据实验数据对目前常用乳状液黏度预测模型进行优选,结果显示Brinkman模型精度最高;对Brinkman模型加以改进,不但考虑了水合作用、絮凝作用以及含水率对乳状液黏度计算的影响,还将温度影响直接引入模型,同时忽略剪切速率的影响。通过室内环道试验验证改进模型,结果表明:改进模型精度提高,平均相对误差在10%以内。In order to obtain a more accurate light crude water-in-oil(W/O) emulsion viscosity model, current models with preferable computational accuracy are improved. Light crude is used to prepare the W/O emulsion for viscosity test under different temperature and shear rate. Then, the commonly used emulsion viscosity prediction models are compared to defi ne the optimal one based on the experimental data, suggesting that the Brinkman model features the highest accuracy. Consequently, the Brinkman model is improved by considering the infl uences of hydration, fl occulation and water content on the calculation of emulsion viscosity, and also directly incorporating the infl uence of temperature, regardless of shear rate. The improved model is verifi ed by laboratory loop test. The result shows that the improved model has higher accuracy, with average relative error less than 10%.
