摘　　要：根据教材管理实际情况,要解决学校订购教材的矛盾,杜绝教材采购腐败发生,应用信息化技术实现教材订购流程。从系统设计构想、系统模块及功能、系统实现三个方面探讨了该系统的设计与实现。采用B/S架构,使用户操作方便,实时登陆,提高了效率。应用MVC模式对系统进行设计开发,将业务流程与数据完全分离,使系统具有较好的安全性、开发性、可扩展性、可维护性。该系统已经在我校成功投入使用,教师、学生对该系统反馈良好。该系统重构了高校教材订购业务流程,满足了现代大学对教材订购的需要,杜绝了采购腐败发生,对各高校教材订购有借鉴意义。Based on the actual situation of our college textbook ordering management,the college to solve the problem of ordering textbook and preventing corruption.People realize that the textbook ordering process needs to have information technology applications.The paper discusses three aspects：the design and realization of the system from the design idea,module and function,and system implementation.The work has a reference to other college.Using B/S architecture and MVC model for system development,the system guarantees the security,openness,extensibility,maintainability of the system.
