摘　　要：儿科药物的缺乏导致儿童用药的安全性和有效性无法得到保障。近年来,随着儿科药物需求的不断增大及相关政策的激励,儿童用药的研发取得了长足的进步。本文以不同给药途径为出发点,对儿科临床用药的研究现状进行总结,以期对儿科药物的开发及合理用药有所裨益。Lack of pediatric formulations can affect the safety and effi cacy of children’s medication. With the increasing demand for pediatric formulation, children’s drug research has made considerable progress in recent years. This review summarizes the status of pediatric clinical drug research from the point of different routes of drug administration to provide a reference for rational children’s medication.
