摘　　要：龙胆泻肝汤为中医经典良方,具有泻肝胆实火,清利湿热之功效,是皮肤科治疗肝胆湿热、热重于湿证的代表方剂。现代药理研究表明,其复方及单味药具有调节免疫、镇痛、抗炎、抗过敏和抗病毒等作用。本文就该方及方中单药与皮肤病有关的药理研究及临床应用进展进行综述。Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction, a formula in Yi Fang Ji Jie, is well known for its effects in draining excessive ＂fire＂ from the liver and gallbladder and purging damp ＂heat＂. It is a representative formula to treat the ＂wetness-heat＂ of liver and gallbladder syndrome of dermatitis. The main effects of its active components promote and regulate immunity and analgesic. Moreover, they have also anti-allergy, antivirus and counteract inflammation activity. This review describes the research progress on the pharmacological effects of Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction and the application of its ingredients in the treatment of skin disease.
