摘　　要：设计了一种低成本,快速响应的X射线光斑检测装置,可用于解决系统结构偏差所引起的透视探测器接收位置处的光斑偏离。该装置通过检测关键点处的X光斑强度及分布情况以判断实际X光斑位置与理论设计的偏差,以此为依据进行多次调整可使系统光斑调节到一合理位置。To resolve the problem that the transmission detector couldn＇t accept the signal from the X ray spot in X ray imaging process,a kind of inspection measure and inspection equipment were designed.By testing X ray spot intensity and distribution in some key points,the X ray spot location is checked and the distributions are correct.
