摘  要:根据沁河下游1983—2011年的主流线套汇图分析,五龙口—伏背河段河势比较稳定;伏背—丹河口河段,上段河势变化不大,下段受支流汇入的影响,河势变化较大;丹河口—武陟为过渡型河段,沙质河床,河势游荡多变,近期来水量较小,河势上提严重,溜势多变,形成"横河"、"斜河"、S形等畸形河弯,危及堤防安全;武陟—沁河入黄口为弯曲型河段,河势变化不大,仅表现为河势的上提下挫。其原因是沁河下游没有进行过系统的河道整治,河道工程均为险工,没有控导河势的作用。建议尽快开展沁河下游的河道整治,以提高沁河下游堤防工程的防洪能力。According to the main streamline arbitrage figure of the lower Qinhe River from 1983 to 2011,the river regime of Wulongkou-Fubei reach was relatively stable. At Fubei-Danhekou river reach,the upper river regime changed little while the lower river regime had greater changes that were affected by tributary inflow. The Danhekou-Wuzhi as a transitional river with sandy bed and changeable river regime had a smaller amount of incoming water recently. The serious upward shift of the river regime and varied mainstream in Danhekou-Wuzhi formed distorted river bends like“transverse current”,“oblique flow”and“S-shaped”,which endangered the safety of the dikes. Wuzhi-the estuary of Qinhe River reach was a bending river that showed little change in river regime but only upward and downward shift. The reason was that there was no systematic river regu-lation for the lower Qinhe River. The river engineering systems were vulnerable spots that had no effect on controlling river regime. The suggestion was that the river regulation work for the lower Qinhe River should be on the schedule as soon as possible in order to improve the flood control ca-pacity of the dike project.
