摘 要:针对我国顶吹和底吹-鼓风炉炼铅工艺,所产高铅渣均为致密熔结物,结合青海西豫有色金属有限公司目前生产现状,鼓风炉还原需要二次配料以适应鼓风熔炼,与烧结块比增加了还原难度、能耗高、渣含铅高、床能力低及炉顶温度高等缺点。因此,将高铅渣的物化性质在较小的投资下,优化转换甚至高于烧结块的物化性质,更加适应于鼓风炉的熔炼,从而解决这一难题,起到节能降耗的作用。创新方案实施及对节能方面进行了较详细的分析论证。In view of China′s top and bottom blowing in blast furnace smelting process, the production of the high lead slag are dense sintered material, combined with the Qinghai Xi - Yu Non - ferrous Company Limited Metals Corporation at present production situation. Blast furnace reduction needs secondary charging mixture to adapt blast smelting. Comparing with the sinter chunk, it has high reduction difficulty, high energy consumption, high content of lead in slag, low bed capacity and high furnace top temperature. Therefore, the optimizing physical and chemical property of high lead slag under the relatively small investment is quite essential in blast smelting. It's more suitable for blast furnace smelting, which plays a role in energy saving. This paper analyses the scheme implementation and energy saving in detail.
