白斑膏治疗女性外阴上皮非瘤样病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白斑膏治疗女性外阴上皮非瘤样病变的临床疗效。方法将110例女性外阴上皮非瘤样病变患者分为研究组60例和对照组50例。研究组采用白斑膏治疗;对照组采用2%丙酸睾酮加2.5%氢化可的松软膏治疗。比较两组间疗效,并随访半年。结果研究组治愈率96.7%,且复发率为0;对照组治愈率10%,复发率为30%;两组数据相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率100%,治疗后随访半年无复发。结论白斑膏治疗女性外阴上皮非瘤样病变疗效较好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baiban cream in the treatment of genitalia leukoplakia. Methods A total of 110 genitalia leukoplakia patients were divided into two groups： treatment group （n = 60） and control group （n = 50）. The patients were treated with Baiban cream in treatment group and testosterone propionate and hydrocortisone ointment in control group. The effect of the a- gent was observed. Results The curative rate was 96.7% in treatment group and 10% in control group, and there was signi-ficant difference between two groups（P 〈0.05）. The overall effective rate in treatment group was 100%, and no recurrence occurred in half a year follow up. The rate of recurrence was 30% in control goup. Conclusion Baiban cream is effective to treat genitalia leukoplakia.
