摘　　要：科技资源供需对接平台是连接科技资源供给方与需求方、促进资源对接、增强专业化服务的双边市场服务平台,其运行机制的设计是贯穿平台建设始终的重要工作。根据双边市场的建设流程,针对科技资源的专业性、独特性,对科技资源供需对接平台的运行机制进行了设计,以期为科技资源供需对接平台的建设解决方案提供参考。The scientific and technological （S＆T）resources connection platform is a two -sided market service platform, which can link the demand and supply group of S＆T resources, promote the connection of re- sources, and strengthen specialized services. The disign of connection platform is one important work through the whole process of platform construction. The operating mechanism of connection platform about the supply and demand of scientific and technological resources is designed according to its speciality and uniqueness. It is hopeful that study can provide some useful references for the construction of scientific and technoligical re- sources connection platform.
