摘 要:Na+,K+-ATP酶作为一种膜结合蛋白不仅参与钠离子和钾离子的跨膜转运,而且有信号转导功能。作为强心甾类物质的受体,Na+,K+-ATP酶与细胞外的特异性配体结合,继而与细胞内的蛋白相互作用触发细胞内信号转导通路的级联反应,从而参与心肌细胞的分化和增殖、肿瘤细胞的凋亡、前破骨细胞的融合等多种生理、病理过程。该文就Na+,K+-ATP酶信号转导功能的研究进展予以综述。Na +,K+-ATPase,as an integral membrane protein,not only transports Na + and K+ across the plasma membrane,but also mediates signaling transduction.Na +,K +-ATPase acts as the receptor of cardiac steroids and interacts with different intracellular protein kinases that subsequently trigger different signaling transduction cascades by binding with specific extracellular ligands,so it could take part in multiple physiology and pathological processes such as the differentiation and proliferation of cardiac myocytes,apoptosis of tumor cells and the fusion of pre-ostoclasts.Here is to make a review of the research progress of the signaling transduction role of the Na +/K +-ATPase.
