摘 要:近年来,随着免疫组织化学等技术的改进与发展,酶学检测逐渐在法医学实验室中开展起来。在法医学研究和实践中,酶学检测技术正展现出越来越广泛的应用前景。大量研究资料表明,酶学检测在推断死亡时间、损伤形成时间、致死原因、体液分析、种属鉴别等领域发挥着重要作用。该文对近几十年来国内外相关文献进行综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。In recent years,with the improvement and development of histochemical technique of immunohistochemical,enzymology testing is gradually developed in forensic laboratories.In the study and practice of forensic medicine,enzymology testing technology is showing wider applicative prospect.A lot of research results show that enzymology testing has played an important role in those research field including estimation of postmortem interval,wound age,the cause of death,as well as body fluid analysis and species identification.Here is to make a review of the study in recent decades to provide reference for the related research.
