摘　　要：原癌基因Pim-1具有高度保守性,其表达产物Pim-1蛋白激酶属于钙离子/钙调素依赖的蛋白激酶。Pim-1基因与细胞存活、增殖、分化及凋亡有关。Pim-1异常与多种人类肿瘤的临床进展有关。目前研究发现,Pim-1表达异常在心血管疾病发生、发展中亦起重要作用,该文就目前国内外关于Pim-1基因在心血管疾病中的研究进行综述,以期为心血管疾病的基础研究提供参考。Proto-oncogene gene Pim-1 is highly conserved,and its expression product Pim-1 protein kinase is a kind of Ca2 ＋/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase（CaMK）.Pim-1 gene plays a crucial role in cell proliferation,survival,differentiation and apoptosis.The abnormal Pim-1 expression contributes to the clinical progression of various types of human tumors.The current studies have indicated that the aberrant Pim-1 expressionalso plays an crucial role in the pathogenesis of abnormalities in cardiovascular system.Here is to make a review of the research of relationship between the Pim-1 gene and cardiovascular disease and provide a reference for the basic research in this field.
