摘  要:血管内皮细胞功能与心血管疾病发生及发展关系密切,血管内层流剪切应力由于血流层流与血管壁摩擦产生,可减少内皮细胞炎症发生及抑制内皮细胞增殖。微RNA(miRNA)是一系列高度保守非编码家族性小RNA,可在基因转录后水平调节目标信使RNA(mRNA)基因表达,参与调控血管内皮细胞功能。目前认为剪切应力可通过调控miRNA表达,从而发挥对血管内皮细胞功能调节作用。其中层流切应力可上调miR-19A、miR-101等发挥影响细胞周期进而抑制内皮细胞增殖已得到证实。The functions of endothelial cells(ECs) are closely related with cardiovascular disease.Laminar Shear Stress(Lss),the frictional force created by blood flow,can reduce blood inflammation and inhibit the proliferation of endothelial cells.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of small,highly conservative,noncoding RNAs that can regulate the expression of target mRNA at the posttranscriptional level so as to involve in regulating the functions of endothelial cells.It has been believed that LSS plays a key role in regulating the functions of endothelial cells through regulating the expression of miRNA.And it has been demonstrated that LSS can up-regulate miR-19A and miR-101,which can impact the cell cycle so as to inhibit the proliferation endothelial cells.
