摘　　要：膝关节在支持人类运动功能方面起着重要作用,膝关节类疾病比较复杂,患者痛苦大,生活质量差,甚至可能致残。膝关节置换术是目前针对保守治疗无效的膝关节类疾病患者的主要临床治疗手段,且取得较好的疗效。该文总结和探讨了膝关节置换术以及膝关节假体的研究进展,并分析了常见的膝关节假体并发症,希望为我国相关研究治疗提供理论依据。The knee plays an important role in supporting the human movement function,the knee joint diseases are complex,which brings the patients a lot of suffering,poor quality of life,and even disability.Knee replacement surgery is the main way of treatment for patients with knee diseases that cannot be cured by conservative treatment with better curative effect.Here is to make a review of the research progress of knee arthroplastyand knee prosthesis,as well as the common complications of knee prosthesis,aiming at providing a theoretical basis for related research and treatment.
