摘  要:目的:优选妇健颗粒的科学提取工艺。方法:以原儿茶醛含量和浸膏率作为评价指标,选择加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,利用正交试验法确定妇健颗粒的提取工艺。结果:确定提取工艺为即用1∶8倍量水,提取3次,每次2.0 h。结论:该方法简便、可行,可作为评价妇健颗粒质量的依据。Objective: To optimize the conditions for extraction process of Fujian Granule. Methods: Different factors and levels were investigated by orthogonal design with yield of osthole as index. Results: The primary factors influencing extraction ratio by reflux were the concentration of alcohol, in file refluxing period, the solvent quantity and the times of extraction. The optimal conditions were as follows: Refluxing and extracting the medicinal materials for three times, two hours each time with 8-fold water added. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable, simple and able to be used in the production.
