摘 要:根据调研公司在钻井过程中所排放的难降解工业废水污染物的成份及特征,分析出钻井废液中不仅含有高浓度有机物、无机盐、重金属和有机烃类物质,且废水具有高色度、高粘度、高含量总氮等特点。通过总结现阶段国内处理钻井废液的方法,提出了ECHAP强化复合水解酸化工艺-BFP生物铁反应器-TiO2光催化氧化技术-臭氧接触氧化池与生物活性炭吸附联合处理钻井废液的优势,使其达标排放,为国内处理钻井废水的油田企业提供有效的方法和依据。According to research on components and characteristics of difficult to biodegrade industrial pollutants in drilling waste fluid,the results show that characteristics of the drilling waste fluid contains high concentration of organics,inorganic salts, heavy metal and organic hydrocarbon, furthermore,have high chroma,high viscosity and high total nitrogen, and so on. To summarize and analyze both foreign and domestic treatments of drilling waste fluid at present,a new effective treatment craft route of drilling waste fluid has been brought up, it is ECHAP (Reinforced composite hydrolysis acidification)- BFP (Bio-Ferric reactor)-TiO2 (Photo-catalysts oxidation ) -OCOT(Ozone-contact oxidation tank )- BAC ( Biological activated carbon adsorption) combined treatment process, this treatment craft route provides approaches and basis for domestic oilfield enterprises in drilling waste fluid treatment.
