摘 要:利用Malmquist生产率指数模型,计算了我国2003-2012年的渔业全要素生产率(TFP)变化情况。结果表明,空间梯度上,在研究期间我国渔业经济的TFP的动态变化平均值为1.033,基本达到效率前沿面,其中,东部区域渔业经济全要素生产率要优于中西部地区;时间梯度上,TFP在研究期间呈"N"形态特征,TFP指数的变动和技术进步指数的变动呈现出相似的变动形态。研究对于提高我国渔业经济效益,优化渔业经济结构提供了重要的决策依据。Malmquist productivity index model was adopted to calculate the TEP changes in 2003 - 2012. The results showed that on the spatial gradient, during the period of the study, the average value of dynamic variation of China fishery economy TFP was 1. 033, which basically reached the efficiency frontier. The eastern region of fishery economy TFP was better than that of the Midwest regions. On the time gradient, TFP showed an "N" shape, the TFP index changes and the technical progress changes showed morphological similarity. The result of this research has an important significance for decision-making to improve the economic benefit of fishery in China and for the optimization of fisheries economic structure.
