摘　　要：工程项目中发承包双方因不可抗力事件的认定引起的纠纷时有发生,因此不可抗力所包含的风险事件的准确认定对发承包双方而言至关重要。基于此,针对不可抗力包含自然属性和社会属性2个方面,对不可抗力所包含的风险进行了研究,构建了不可抗力的最终风险库。Dispute about the identification of events with force majeure has become a common occurrence in engineering project contracting parties. Therefore this article studies the risk caused by the force majeure considering its natural attribute and social attribute, and establishes the risk pool with the force majeure.
