研发投入强度和专利数量对IPO定价的影响

摘　　要：基于前人研究和理论分析,文中提出上市前的研发投入强度和专利数量对于公司IPO定价时的估值水平具有积极的正面影响.但从实证分析的结果发现,专利数量与IPO定价之间没有明显的相关性.而研发投入强度和研发人员占比对公司IPO时的定价有正面的影响,但影响力度有限.Base on the previous studies and theoretical analysis ,the paper holds that the intensity of R＆D and the number of patents have a positive impact on IPO pricing .But the results of the empirical analysis shows that the number of patents has no obvious correlation with IPO pricing ,but that the intensity of R＆D and the proportion of R＆amp;D personnel have a positive but limited influence on IPO pricing .
