摘　　要：华电潍坊发电有限公司2台670 MW机组汽泵配备的最小流量阀为美国生产的C-V阀,运行过程中阀芯、阀座经常出现冲蚀,造成密封不严,严重影响机组的经济性、安全性。通过测试分析,找出问题根源,对管路、阀芯组件等进行改造使问题得以解决,有效提高了机组运行的安全性及经济性。Turbine-driven feed pump of 670 MW unit turbin used in Weifang Power Generation Co. , Ltd is centrifugal pump of FK4E39 -SC single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump designed by Shanghai Power Plant group. The minimum flow valve is CV valves made in the US. During the operation of valve and valve seat erosion often caused bad sealing, severely affected the economic and safety. Testing analysis is made to identify the root causes of pipeline and valve components to solve the problems, to effectively improve the safety of plant operation, economic performance.
