摘  要:目的:建立测定复方甘草酸铵注射液中甘草酸铵含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.05%磷酸溶液-乙腈(67:33),柱温为25℃,流速为1.0 mL / min,检测波长为252 nm;进样量为20μL。结果甘草酸铵进样量线性范围为0.16008~3.2016μg,r=0.9999( n=5),平均加样回收率为99.47%,RSD=0.65%( n=9)。结论该方法灵敏、专属性强、准确、重复性好,可用于复方甘草酸铵注射液中甘草酸铵的含量测定。Objective To establish the RP-HPLC determination method for the ammonium alycyrrhizinate content in Compound Ammo-nium Glycyrrhizinate Injection. Methods The determination was performed on the Kromasil C18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of 0. 05% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile(67 :33)at the column temperature of 25 ℃. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 252 nm. The injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear range of ammonium gly-cyrrhizinate sample size was 0. 160 08-3. 201 6 μg,r=0. 999 9 ( n=5);the average recovery rate was 99. 47%,RSD=0. 65% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion This method is sensitive,stronly specific,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the determination of the ammo-nium glycyrrhizinate content in Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection.
