静脉用药调配中心与住院药房合并工作模式探讨

摘　　要：目的优化人员组合,提高工作效率,促进静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)健康、快速地发展。方法将PIVAS与住院药房合并,对全院静脉用药实行集中调配。结果与结论 PIVAS与住院药房合并的工作模式,节约了人力资源,实现了药师共享,在提高工作效率的同时,使PIVAS工作人员综合素质得到全面提升。Objective To promote the healthy and fast development of pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）by optimizing the personnel combination and enhancing the work efficiency. Methods PIVAS was merged with the inpatient dispensary and the hospital-wide intravenous drugs were implemented the centralized admixture. Results and Conclusion The merger working mode of PIVAS and the inpatient dispensary saves the human resources greatly,realizes the share of the pharmacist resources,at the same time of improving the work efficiency,the PIVAS whole staff＇s comprehensive quality has been fully improved.
