益气养阴汤治疗2型糖尿病45例

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法将收治的90例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规西药和饮食控制等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用益气养阴汤治疗。结果治疗后,两组患者的血糖和血脂及体重指数、中医证候积分、胰岛素抵抗指数与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗组的餐后2 h血糖、三酰甘油及胰岛素抵抗指数、中医证候积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。结论采用益气养阴汤治疗2型糖尿病,能有效改善患者的临床症状,促进其康复。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes （ T2DM ） were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine, diet control and et al., on this basis, the treatment group were added Yiqi Yangyin De-coction. Results the blood glucose, blood lipid, body mass index （ BMI ） , TCM score and insulin resistance index after treatment in the two groups had significantly difference compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）;the 2hPBG, triacylglycerol （ TG ） and insulin resistance index, TCM score after treatment in the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）;The effec-tive rate was 93. 33% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 75. 56% in the control group. Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Decoction treat T2DM can effectively improve the patients＆#39; clinical symptoms and promote their rehabilitation.
