围术期护理干预对预防剖宫产下肢深静脉血栓的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期护理干预对预防剖宫产下肢深静脉血栓的作用。方法回顾性分析2011年2月至2014年2月期间在我院行剖宫产的足月产妇300例,其中150例患者采用常规护理(对照组),另150例患者采用围术期系统护理干预(观察组),对比两组产妇术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率及护理工作满意度。结果对照组有14例产妇发生下肢深静脉血栓,发生率为9.33%%,观察组产妇1例发生下肢深静脉血栓,发生率0.67%,差异显著(P<0.05);其中对照组护理工作满意度68.67%(103/150),观察组护理满意度94%(141/150),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于剖宫产的足月产妇在围术期内提供护理干预措施能够显著的降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,同时提高患者满意度,缓解护患关系,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the function of perioperative nursing intervention on prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs of cesarean delivery. Method 300 mature with cesarean delivery was retrospectively analyzed among which 150 were given routine nursing （control group） and the other 150 were given perioperative systematic nursing intervention （observation group）. Occurrence rate of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after operations and satisfaction rates towards nursing of puerperas of the 2 groups were compared. Result There were 14 puerperas had deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs with an occurrence rate of 9.33%while there was only 1 puerpera had deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs with an occurrence rate of 0.67%（P〈0.05）;satisfaction rate towards nursing of control group was 68.67%（103/150） while that of observation group was 94%（141/150） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing interventions for mature pureperas with cesarean delivery during perioperative period can obviously reduce occurrence rate of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs and at the same time improve satisfaction degrees of patients and ease the relationship between nurses and patients, so it is worth of being popularized clinically.
