摘  要:近些年来,随着新能源技术的飞速发展,研发一种高效节能、使用年限长的电源芯片成为热点。AC/DC开关电源转换器源以其价格、效率、体积等优势在小功率电源领域得到了广泛应用。基于AC/DC开关电源转换器的工作原理,发现误差放大器对整个电源芯片的精度影响很大,据此提出一种组合式的误差放大器,将轻载到满载的电压输出降低到40mv。并提出智能抗尖峰电路,减少了LEB结束与开关断开的时间差,使安全性能提高。最后对本芯片进行试验测试,发现抗ESD能力达到10kV,芯片性能稳定。希望对今后电源芯片设计提供参考。In recent years, with the rapid development of new energy technology, develop a high efficiency and energy saving, service life long power chips become a hot spot.AC/D(" switching power supply converter source with its advantage of price and volume efficiency, has been widely applied in the field of small power sources.Based on the working principle of AC/ DC switching power supply converter, found that the error amp had a great influence on the precision of the power chip, and accordingly puts forward a "kind of combined error ampli- fier, would reduce the output voltage of the light load to full load to 40 my.And put forward the intelligent resistance peak circuit, reduced the LEB end and the switch is off, the time lag of safety, performance improvement.This chip test, finally found the ESD resistance up to 10 kv, chip performance is stable.Hope for the future power supply chip design to provide the reference.
