摘　　要：伴随VoIP技术的成熟，越来越多的人们通过互联网实现了即时通信。本文研究设计了一个基于ARM9硬件平台的voIp语音终端。其中介绍了voIP语音终端的硬件设计和软件设计，包括SIP协议栈、语音编解码库的移植方法和应用程序的开发。With the VOIPtechnology matures,more and morepeople achievethereal-time communicationthrough the Internet. In this paper,the designof theVOIPvoice terminalisbased onARM9. Thearticle introducesthehardware design and softwaredesign of the terminal,includingtransplanting methods of theSIPprotocol stack together withvoice codeclibraryand application development.
