摘　　要：目的：探讨多层螺旋CT对椎弓峡部不连的诊断。方法：回顾多例椎弓峡部不连患者的多层螺旋CT和x线平片。结果：2种检查方法进行统计学分析，进行x2检验，以验证2种方法是否有差异性，P〈0．05有统计学意义。结论：多层螺旋CT与x线平片相比较，对椎弓峡部不连诊断的阳性率明显提高。Objective ：To discuss the diagnostic value of interarticulans disconnection with MSCT. Methods： The retrospective study was taken with interarticulans disconnection with MSCT and X - ray. Results： The results were compared with X2 test and there was significant difference between two methods. Conclusion：The MSCT compared with X -ray might have higher positive diagnosis on interarticulans disconnection.
