摘　　要：本文分析老年患者外周静脉穿刺成功而无回血的原因,并提出相应的护理对策,旨在减少因外周静脉穿刺成功而判断不正确致重复穿刺给患者造成的痛苦,从而为临床实践提供借鉴。This paper analyzed the reasons of successful peripheral venous puncture without blood return in elderly patients, and put forward the related nursing methods. Hopping to reduce the patients＇ pain of repeated puncture by reducing the misjudgments of successful peripheral venous puncture, thus provide references l＇or clinical practice.
