双乌宣痹颗粒治疗急性期类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察双乌宣痹颗粒治疗急性期类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效。方法将RA患者60例随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组给予美洛昔康片及甲氨蝶呤片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上增加双乌宣痹颗粒,疗程45 d。观察并记录患者治疗前后临床症状评分、ESR、CRP、RF指标,采用组间对照及自身前后对照的方法评价疗效。结果治疗组在疼痛关节数目、关节肿胀程度、ESR、CRP等方面改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双乌宣痹颗粒可有效改善急性期RA患者临床症状及实验室指标。Objectives： To observe the clinical effect of Shuangwuxuanbi granules on active stage of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 60 patients of RA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated by Meloxicam Tablets and Methotrexate. Patients in treatment group were added Shuangwuxuanbi granules on the basis of control group. After treatment of 45 days,clinical symptom score, ESR, CRP, and RF before and after treatment were compared and evaluated. Results： Treatment group was better than control group in the number of joint pain points,joint swelling degree,ESR and CRP （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical ef- fect of treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusions： Shuangwuxuanbi granules can effec- tively improve clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
