摘 要:目的观察全真一气汤多糖对慢性心功能不全模型大鼠心功能、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法应用尾静脉注射阿霉素的方法建立慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型,随机分为模型组,卡托普利组,多糖低、中、高剂量组,并设立空白对照组,每组10只。造模后第2周开始给药。卡托普利组给予卡托普利2.25 mg/kg;多糖低、中、高剂量组分别给予全真一气汤多糖(0.3,0.9,2.7 g/kg),每日1次。空白对照组和模型组给予等体积的蒸馏水,共4周。观察全真一气汤多糖对心衰模型大鼠心功能,TNF-α,IL-6的影响。结果模型组的LVEDV最高,多糖低、中、高剂量组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);模型组LVEF值最低,多糖低、中、高剂量组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);模型组的TNF-α,IL-6的水平最高,与多糖各剂量组比较其差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论全真一气汤多糖可以改善心衰模型大鼠心功能,降低心衰模型大鼠血清的TNF-α,IL-6水平。Objective: To observe the effects of polysaccharide of Quanzhenyiqi decoction on cardiac function, TNF-α, and IL-6 of rat model with chronic heart failure. Method: Heart failure rat model was established by in- travenous injection of adriamyein from tail. The experimental rats were divided into model group, Captopril group, polysaccharide of Quanzhenyiqi decoction low-dose,medium dose,high-dose groups,and blank control group, with 10 rats in each group. Two weeks after modeling,intragastric administration was begun. Captopril group was administrated by eaptopril 2.25 mg/kg while polysaccharide of Quanzhenyiqi decoction low-dose, middle dose, and high-dose group were administrated by polysaceharide of Quanzhenyiqi decoction 0.3 g/kg,0.9 g/kg,and 2.7 g/kg respectively once a day. Blank control group and experimental groups were given the same volume of distilled wa- ter for 4 weeks. The effects of polysaccharide of Quanzhenyiqi decoction on cardiac function ,tumor necrosis fac- tor-or (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) of rat model were observed. Result: The LVEDV of model group was the highest. There were statistical signifieances between polysaccharide of Quanzhenyiqi decoction low-dose ,mid- die dose,high-dose groups and the model group (P〈 0.05). The LVEF of model group was the lowest.There were statistical significances between polysaccharide of Quanzhenyiqi decoction low-dose,middle dose,high-dose groups and the model group(P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ). TNF-α and IL-6 in the model group was the highest compared with the other 3 different dose groups. The differences among them were statistically significant (P〈 0.01 ). Con- dusion: Polysaecharide of Quanzhenyiqi decoction can improve cardiac function and reduce serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels of rat model with heart failure.
