摘 要:目的通过改良冠脉结扎法,建立一种成功率和成活率皆高的大鼠心肌梗死模型。方法 40只SD雄性大鼠,通过综合优化实验大鼠选择、麻醉剂选择、人工呼吸管理、冠脉结扎、术后保温及抗感染等方法改良造模。结果成功建立了大鼠心肌梗死模型。术后1 d大鼠存活率为92.50%,3只死亡,分别死于肺损伤、心律失常和麻醉过度;1周后存活率为90.00%。结论综合优化各种因素、改进制模方法能够提高大鼠心肌梗死模型成功率并降低大鼠死亡率。Objective: To establish a rat myocardial infarction model of high survival rate and success rate through improving coronary artery ligation method. Methods: Comprehensive optimization of choosing experimen- tal rats and anesthetics, artificial respiration management, coronary artery ligation, postoperative heat preservation and resistance to infection,and other ways were used to improve the molding of 40 SD male rats. Results: Rat myocardial infarction model was established successfully. Rat survival rate was 92.5% 1 day after operation. 3 rats died of lung injury,arrhythmia and anesthesia respectively. The survival rate was 90% 1 week later. Conclusion: Integrated optimization of various factors and improved molding methods can improve the success rate of myocar- dial infarction model and reduce the mortality of rats.
