摘 要:目的观察脑毒清颗粒对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法大鼠随机分为对照组、假手术组、模型组和脑毒清组,采用线栓法(MCAO)制备大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,2 h后抽取线栓对大鼠进行脑缺血再灌注,研究脑毒清颗粒对脑缺血再灌注神经功能缺损、脑梗死体积、血清中白细胞介素(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量的影响。结果脑毒清颗粒能减少MCAO神经功能缺损评分和脑梗死体积,降低血中IL-6和TNF-α含量。结论脑毒清颗粒对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定保护作用。Objective: To study the protective effects of Naoduqing granules on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion damage. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into control group, sham operation group,model group,and Nao- duqing granules group. Animal model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by using suture method in matUre SD rats. The neurological severity scores as well as the activity of IL-6 and TNF-α in brain tissue of cerebral is- chemia were detected. Results: In compared with the model group,the level of IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased with significant statistical differences in treatment group. Conclusion: Naoduqinggranules have obvious amelio-rating effect on focal cerebral ischemia in rats,which is caused by reduction of IL-6 and TNF-α contents.
