电针夹脊穴配合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针夹脊穴结合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组用电针夹脊结合穴位注射治疗,对照组口服卡马西平片、维生素B1、维生素B12。两组均7 d为1疗程,共计2个疗程。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),其疼痛VAS评分、焦虑量表HAMA评分的改善亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针夹脊穴配合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,能有效减轻患者的疼痛症状,治疗效果优于西药治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electro acupuncture at paravertebral points combined with acupoint injection treating posthe,rpetie neuralgia. Methods： 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups. The patients of the treatment group were treated by electro acupuncture at par- avertebral points combined with acupoint injection while the control group was given carbamazepine,VB1 ,and VB12 orally. Results： The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Mean- while,the VAS score and the HAMA score of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group. Conclusion： Electro acupuncture at paravertebral points combined with aeupoint injection is superior to the west- ern medicine therapy in improvement of symptoms and signs as well as the therapeutic effect for herpes posther- petit neuralgia.
