柔肝通络汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的效果。方法选择107例符合纳入标准的临床病例,随机分为两组,治疗组予柔肝通络汤合尼莫地平片,对照组予尼莫地平片。两组均治疗14 d后,比较疗效及治疗前后椎-基底动脉收缩末期最大流速、血栓素B2、血小板活化因子。结果治疗组总有效率90.91%,优于对照组之78.85%(P<0.05),治疗后两组椎-基底动脉收缩末期最大流速、血栓素B2、血小板活化因子均明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论柔肝通络汤联合尼莫地平片具有明显改善眩晕临床症状及相关指标的作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Rougan tongluo decoction treating vertebral basilar artery insufficiency（VBI）. Methods： 107 cases conformed to the clinical criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Rougan tongluo decoction and nimodipine tablets while the control group was given nimodipine tablets only. After 14 days,treatment efficacy ,vertebral basilar artery systolic maximum flow rate, thromboxane B2（TXB2）, and platelet activating factor（PAF） were compared between treatment group and control group before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group ,which is better than 78.8% in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Vertebral basilar artery systolic maximum velocity ,throm- boxane B2,and platelet activating factor after treatment of both groups were better than before （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） ,but the indicators in the treatment group were better than those in the control group （P〈 0.01）. Condu- sion： Rougan tongluo decoction with nimodipine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo and related indicators.
