摘  要:我院对电力工程及其自动化专业的师资队伍进行了顶层设计,将基础部电工教研室的"电工技术"课程授课任务整合到学科专业系电力工程教研室。采用与系统相结合的教学方法不仅为教为主导在专业方面牵引作用的实现提供了新途径,而且增强了学生的专业认同感、归属感,提高了学为主体的效能,有效处理了教与学、学与用两个方面的关系。经应用实践,收效良好。The top-level design conception is introduced to constitute teachers' team for the specialty of power e neering and its automation . Teaching of Electrical Technology course for fundamental department integrated ngiinto power engineering TRS in this specialty. Teaching method combined with system is not only propitious to exert leading function of teaching at the aspect of specialty, but also strengthen the students' self-identity and adscription, improve learning efficiency, and deal with the relation between teaching and learning, learning and using effectively. It proves that teaching effects are better than before.
