摘  要:在中温(35℃)条件下,以城市有机垃圾和污水处理厂剩余污泥为发酵原料,其中生活垃圾∶污泥=4∶ 1(w/w,干重),研究了接种物含量分别为40%,50%,60%,70%,80%时对厌氧发酵过程及发酵效率的影响.结果表明:当接种量为40%时厌氧发酵效率最高,发酵过程中pH值在7.0~7.3之间适宜产甲烷菌生长,产气时间长,累计产气量最大,为13818 mL,且甲烷含量较高,同时发酵过程中氨氮浓度升高缓慢,不会对甲烷菌造成氨抑制,对原料中有机质的降解效果明显,COD去除率达40.7%,TS去除率达43.9%,VS去除率达到39.9%;TS产气率为427.34mL·g^-1,VS产气率为547.70 mL·g^-1.Under the condition of mesophilic temperature (35℃), municipal organic garbage and sewage treatment sludge were combinedly and anaerobbicly fermented with garbage and sludge radio of 4:1 (w/w, dry weight) and inoculation quantity of 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 80% respectively. The result showed that the inoculation quantity of 40% obtained the highest fermentation efficiency. And the pH of 7.0 ~ 7.3 could help methane bacteria grow well. Under this optimal condition, the process produced highest gas production and higher methane content. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen rose slowly, and could not cause ammonia inhibitin to the methane bacteria. The COD removal rate was 40.7%, TS removal 43.9% and VS removal 39.9%. The TS gas production rate was 427.34 mL·g^-1,and the VS gas production rate 547.70mL·g^-1.
