摘  要:试验以玉米郑单958为材料,通过设置7个不同比例沼肥与化学肥料的配施梯度,研究沼肥与化学肥料配施对寒地春玉米幼苗农艺性状及生理特征的影响。结果表明,沼肥∶化学肥料比例为80%∶20%处理的植株鲜重、干重、株高、叶面积、叶龄等农艺性状改善明显,作物鲜、干物质质量分别增加,促进了植株生长,增大了叶面积。游离氨基酸,脯氨酸,相对电导率,F0,Fv/Fm等生理特征也得到改善,为沼肥与化学肥料配合到玉米生产上提供理论和实践依据。Maize of ZHENGDAN 985 was chosen as experimental material. Seven treatments were set up with differem ratio of hingas fertilizer and chemical fertilizer. The agronomic and physiological indices of maize seeding, including the height, the leaf age(LA), leaf area index(LAI) , free amino acids, proliner, relative electric conductivity, F0, Fv/Fm were studled. The results showed that the A2 treatment ( biogas fertilizer : chemical fertilizer was 80% : 20% ) obtained a significant improvement in agronomic traits. Comparing with the control, its fresh and dry weight increased 100% and 157.47% respectively, the leaf area index (LAI) enlarged by 25.22%, other physiological characteristics, such as relative electric conductivity, free amino acids, F0, Fv/Fm, proliner, etc, were improved as well.
