多元化的健康指导在CAPD患者应用中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价全面健康指导对提高CAPD患者自我护理能力的效果。方法:针对80例CAPD患者进行多元化形式的健康指导,并对其进行效果评价,出院后进行电话随访和患者门诊复检时再次评估再次指导。结果:80例CAPD患者掌握其相关疾病知识及腹膜透析技术正确操作、自我护理能力及遵医行为明显高于教育前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健康指导能有效提高CAPD患者自我护理能力和遵医行为,对减少并发症,提高生活质量,延长生命有着十分重要的意义。Objective：To evaluate the effect of comprehensive healthy guidance in improving self-care ability of patients with CAPD. Method：Vary forms of health guidance were applied in patients with CAPD,then its effect was evaluated . The patients were followed up by telephone after being out of the hospital. The self-care ability of patients was assessed and guided again ,as patients came to clinic visit. Result：80 patients with CAPD mastered related diseases knowledge,proper operation. The self-care ability and the behavior of listening to the doctors were better than before obviously,there were all significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Health guidance can effectively improve the self care ability and the behavior of listening to the doctors of patients with CAPD.It has very important significance in reducing the complications,improving the quality of life and prolonging life.
